Digital Products (E-books, Guides, Online Courses) Due to the immediate, irreversible nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the product has been downloaded or accessed. Professional Services (Consulting, Advisory, etc.) We understand that project needs can change. Our cancellation policy for services is as follows:
Cancellation by Client:
If a service engagement is cancelled in writing more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, we will issue a 100% refund.
If a service engagement is cancelled within 48 hours of the start time, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
No refunds will be provided for services that have already commenced or been completed.
How to Request a Refund To request a refund based on the terms above, please email us with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
